Vecima Networks Major Shareholder Sells 550,500 Shares
VICTORIA – (June 5, 2014) – Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX:VCM), an experienced designer and manufacturer of innovative technology in the broadband equipment market, is announcing today that Dr. Hugh Wood, a director and retired former COO of the Company, has sold 550,500 shares at an average price of $7.00 per share. Following the sale, Dr. Wood continues to hold 3,427,050 shares. After his retirement last year, the sale is a component of Dr. Wood’s estate planning.

Vecima shares hit a 52 week high of $7.65 on June 3, 2014 after trading within a range of $5.98 to $7.65 in the last thirty days.
