Vecima does not engage in or accept child labour. The age of all workers who provide services to Vecima must be verified.
Neither Vecima nor any service provider to Vecima shall engage in or support the use of involuntary labour including prison, bonded, indentured, or forced labour. All employees of Vecima or any service provider to Vecima may resign from their employment at any time on reasonable notice.
Employees have the right to form or join associations of their choosing and bargain collectively.
Vecima and any service provider to Vecima shall not discriminate against any worker based on sex, race, colour, age, pregnancy, sexual orientation, religion, political opinion, nationality, ethnic origin, or disability.
