The Terrace IQ with Enhanced Decryption Module (EDM) is a software-defined video processing platform built on multi-core ARM processors, programmable FPGA fabric, and a Linux operating system. Designed for hospitality, healthcare, and multi-dwelling unit environments, the Terrace IQ ingests IP video content over 1 Gb and 10 Gb Ethernet — including ABR, SRT, and UDP streams — and performs real-time video decoding, content decryption, transcoding, and Pro:Idiom encryption, all in software. Processed content is delivered via IP multicast or RF QAM output to meet any property’s distribution requirements.
