Entra Intelligence is an AI-powered network operations platform built to help broadband operators troubleshoot faster, reduce operational effort, and take control of increasingly complex access networks.

With Vecima’s acquisition of Akleza, Entra Intelligence now includes CableDiag™, a Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) software suite in commercial production since 2016 and used by more than 25 cable operators to monitor over five million DOCSIS® devices across North America. CableDiag acts as a real-time network analytics engine within Entra Intelligence, continuously monitoring network health to identify problems before they become service-affecting. It is vendor-agnostic — it works with all leading CMTS and vCMTS platforms and deploys alongside existing infrastructure without hardware changes or capital expenditure.
