Vecima to Present IP Video Streaming Session at NAB Show 2019

Kyle Goodwin to share insights on delivering low-latency live content and how to accelerate cloud DVR adoption

Victoria – (April 8, 2019) – Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX: VCM) announced today that Kyle Goodwin, the company’s Vice President of Product and Innovation, will present at NAB Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Goodwin’s presentation, titled “Game Changing IP Video: Affordable Cloud DVR and Ultra Low Latency”, will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8 in the Presentation Theatre in the Connected Media | IP Pavilion.

Goodwin will share insights into how to achieve maximum-quality delivery of live streaming services with a latency below two seconds, encoder-to-screen. He will also explore how extremely dense, cost-effective, and high-throughput storage solutions can be deployed to accelerate cloud DVR adoption.
