Each entrant is responsible for confirming that participation in the Contest and acceptance of any prize is permitted under the entrant’s employer policies and any applicable gift, ethics, procurement, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or conflict-of-interest rules. Sponsor may require a potential winner to confirm that acceptance of a prize is permitted by the potential winner’s employer.
The Contest is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.
3. Contest Period

| Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3 |
|---|---|---|

Start: July 24, 2026 at 11:00 ET End: July 25, 2026 at 11:00 ET |
Each round corresponds to a separate promotional email. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable email or Contest entry page, each round’s entry window opens at the time the applicable promotional email is distributed and closes twenty-four (24) hours thereafter.
Entries submitted outside the applicable entry window will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer systems, or the systems used by Sponsor’s designated contest platform, are the official timekeeping device for the Contest.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible participant must, during the applicable entry window:
- receive or access Sponsor’s promotional email for the Contest;
- access the trivia quiz platform through the link provided by Sponsor;
- provide the information reasonably required to identify and contact the entrant, including name, business email address, company, job title, state of residence, and shipping/contact information if needed; and
- complete all trivia questions.
Entry limit: one entry per person per round.
Multiple entries by the same individual, entries using multiple email addresses or identities, automated entries, bot-generated entries, script-generated entries, and entries submitted through any unauthorized method are void.
No purchase, payment, demo, sales meeting, quote request, event attendance, or other commercial activity is required to enter or win. A purchase or sales engagement will not improve an entrant’s ability to win.
Entrants must use a business email address.
5. Skill-Based Winner Selection
This is a skill-based trivia contest. Winners are determined by objective quiz performance, not by random drawing or chance.
The three eligible entrants who correctly answer all five trivia questions and achieve the highest scores during the applicable entry window will be selected as potential winners, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Platform scores may incorporate both answer accuracy and completion speed.
In the event of a tie, tied entrants will be ranked based on fastest completion time as recorded by Kahoot! or Sponsor’s designated platform. If a tie remains, Sponsor may require tied entrants to answer one additional skill-based trivia question, with ranking based on correctness and speed.
Sponsor will not use a random drawing to determine winners.
Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants and each entrant’s relative quiz performance.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding scoring, eligibility, verification, disqualification, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, provided that winner ranking will be determined using the objective skill-based criteria described above.
6. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter the Contest within ten business days after the close of the applicable entry window.
A potential winner must respond within five business days after notification. Sponsor may require a potential winner to: confirm eligibility; provide a U.S. shipping address; confirm that acceptance of the prize is permitted under the potential winner’s employer policies; complete a prize acceptance, eligibility confirmation, liability release, publicity release, or similar documentation, where lawful and reasonably requested by Sponsor; and provide any additional information reasonably required for prize administration or legal compliance.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, cannot accept the prize under applicable employer policies, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate potential winner based on the next highest ranking under the skill-based selection criteria.
A potential winner is not an official winner unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
7. Prizes
Three prizes are available per round (total of nine (9) prizes across all rounds).
Each winner will receive one Vecima-branded Eddie Bauer duffel bag.
Approximate retail value of each prize: up to US$50.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: up to US$450.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute any prize or prize component with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the stated prize or component becomes unavailable for any reason.
Limit one prize per person for the duration of the Contest. If an entrant who has already been awarded a prize in a prior round achieves a winning score in a subsequent round, that entrant will not be eligible to receive an additional prize, and the prize will instead be awarded to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant based on the skill-based selection criteria set forth in these Official Rules.
Prizes may be delivered in person at The Independent Show if the verified winner is present and able to accept the prize. Attendance at The Independent Show is not required to enter or win. If a verified winner is not present or cannot accept the prize at the event, Sponsor will mail the prize to a U.S. shipping address provided by the winner.
8. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, costs, or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize.
Based on the stated prize value, Sponsor does not expect to require Forms W-9 or issue IRS information reporting forms for this Contest. If the prize structure changes or if Sponsor determines that tax reporting or withholding obligations may apply, Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide additional tax information, including a completed IRS Form W-9, before prize delivery.
Failure to provide requested tax information, if required, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest may include name, business email address, company, job title, state of residence, quiz participation data, score, timestamp, shipping/contact information, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the Contest.
Sponsor may use personal information collected in connection with the Contest to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, notify potential winners, award prizes, maintain Contest records, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy and any applicable notices provided to entrants.
Sponsor’s privacy policy is available at: https://vecima.com/privacy-policy/
The Contest may be administered using one or more third-party platforms, including Kahoot!. Use of any such platform may be subject to the platform provider’s applicable terms, conditions, policies, privacy notices, acceptable use rules, technical requirements, and account or access rules. Entrants are responsible for complying with any such applicable requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for any third-party platform terms, changes, outages, errors, access issues, or other acts or omissions of any third-party platform provider.
Participation in the Contest does not require an entrant to consent to receive future marketing emails beyond communications reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, unless such communications are otherwise permitted by applicable law or the entrant separately consents.
By participating, you acknowledge that Sponsor may use your business contact information and Contest participation information to administer the Contest and for related business-to-business marketing communications, subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and your right to opt out of marketing emails.
10. Email Communications
Sponsor may promote the Contest through commercial email messages. Sponsor’s promotional emails should include Sponsor’s physical mailing address, accurate sender information, a non-misleading subject line, and a working unsubscribe mechanism for marketing emails.
Unsubscribing from Sponsor’s marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest or receive Contest administration communications, such as winner notification or prize fulfillment messages, where permitted by applicable law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner permits Sponsor to use the winner’s name, company name, city, state, and prize information for Contest administration and winner announcement purposes, without additional compensation.
Sponsor may announce winners:
- by email to the winners; and/or
- within the Kahoot! platform (or similar contest platform) to participants who completed the quiz, where such functionality is available.
Sponsor will not publish winners’ information beyond these channels or use a winner’s likeness, photograph, quote, testimonial, company logo, or endorsement in broader marketing materials without obtaining any additional consent Sponsor determines is appropriate.
12. Disqualification
Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify any entrant who Sponsor determines has:
- violated these Official Rules;
- submitted false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information;
- used multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, bots, scripts, automation, or other improper entry methods;
- attempted to tamper with the Contest, quiz platform, scoring, winner selection, or prize fulfillment process;
- engaged in cheating, collusion, disruptive conduct, harassment, abuse, or other unfair or improper conduct;
- acted in a manner inconsistent with the integrity or intended operation of the Contest; or
- attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.
Disqualification decisions will be made in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, but winner ranking will be determined using the objective skill-based criteria described in these Official Rules.
13. Technical Issues; Cancellation or Modification
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, corrupted, garbled, or improperly submitted entries; technical failures; platform outages; network or internet issues; email delivery issues; unauthorized access; human error; or other problems that may affect participation, scoring, winner notification, or administration of the Contest.
If Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be administered as planned due to fraud, technical failure, platform error, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest. If Sponsor does so, Sponsor may determine winners from among eligible, valid entries received before the issue arose, using the skill-based criteria described in these Official Rules, if Sponsor determines that doing so is fair and practicable.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
15. Governing Law; Disputes
These Official Rules and any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules must be brought individually, and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, exclusively in the state courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. Each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Each entrant waives any right to claim or recover punitive, consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
